The Kita Mon symbolizes resilience, continuity, and purposeful transformation. Inspired by traditional Japanese heraldic design, it reflects the values of growth through adversity, cultural grounding, ethical leadership, and enduring community connection.
Agehanochō
In Japanese culture, the Swallowtail Butterfly represents transformation, renewal, beauty, and the transient nature of life. Historically associated with noble Japanese family crests, it symbolizes graceful strength, rebirth, and the ability to navigate change with dignity and balance.
The Feather Mon symbolizes resilience, unity, dignity, and purposeful growth. Ren (人 / 仁) — Humanity
The symbol Ren represents humanity, compassion, and the shared connection between people.
